Yoga
All of my experiences have been upon and leading through the path of yoga. It’s a journey that begins, and has no end. The timeline is one of surrendering to the illusion of control and trust in the unfolding of what’s meant for me..
Through compassionate, curious, and playful exploration of breath, movement, stillness, and mindful awareness, yoga has given me the tools to continue to grow and learn. In expansion of my mental landscape, physical abilities, emotional acceptance, and spiritual discovery, yoga offers me tools to heal and regulate my energy systems.
Teaching yoga allows me to live life through my truest expressions, both on and off the mat. I’m forever grateful that this niche of study is in alignment with my energetic, Dharmic path. It is through divine connection to community, exercise of infinite gratitude, and offering unconditional love that I am able to experience continuous growth & learning in a non-linear fashion.
Breathwork
Breathwork came to me during my recovery from a traumatic brain injury… During a period of severe burnout and exhaustion, I was neglecting the intuitive call to rest, which led to a “karmic concussion”, as I’ve decided to call it. The concussion forced me to slow down and learn what “to rest” really means in this body.
Breathwork practices I embark on can take 60 seconds of a day and sometimes 2+ hours of inner expansion. By exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness, I am able to navigate “real life” with a deeper connection to my sense of Self, discover a clear mind, and regulate my nervous system through energetic shifts.
Meditation
Through pursuits of continued education and hope that my actions can contribute to peace for others to experience, I’ve realized it takes effort to find ease. In commitment to navigating the inner workings of my mind with a gentle approach, meditation is a part of my routine because it allows me to deeply connect with myself. .
It is a privilege to teach and guide meditation practices— I am so thankful for the tools, methods, and knowledge offered to me.
When the student is ready the teacher appears…. In gratitude I share these practices in support of one’s discovery of self and their own inner teacher.
Personal Training
My journey as a certified personal trainer was my gateway to nurturing the physical form & body with deeper awareness. Through my experiences as a group coach and 1:1 trainer at large gyms & smaller boutique studios, I gained hands-on experiential knowledge and cultivated genuine relationships with clients.
I am fortunate to live in a healthy, able-body that allows me to navigate and learn the dynamics of endurance running, heat-training, cold-acclimation techniques, strength & conditioning, and a variety of recovery techniques. In addition, I am filled with gratitude from my experiences that allow me to understand how cultural/personal beliefs, values, and practices tie into personal identity, and how all of these facets are interwoven into an client’s mindset, goals, and routine.
Private Events
Private events are a beautiful creation that you get to be a part of. By helping me see your vision, we will work together to create an experience merging the physical form with the higher values that are important to you, your company, your community, or whomever you choose to involve.
